Ordering

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. It's that easy!

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has entered production, we're unable to make modifications or cancellations.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

While we don't offer traditional gift wrapping, all of our products are beautifully packaged and ready to give. You can also add a personalized message at checkout.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are produced and shipped within 3-5 business days. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 5-7 business days within the US. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. Please contact us for international shipping inquiries.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Because many of our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right — just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at contact@studiogiftoria.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery, and we'll send a replacement right away.

Will the colors look exactly as shown on screen?

We do our best to represent colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to differences in screen calibration. If you have concerns about a specific color, feel free to reach out before ordering.
