Shipping policy

Every Studio Giftoria wrapping paper roll is printed to order, just for you. Your order is produced and shipped by our print partner in the United States.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Production time

Your wrapping paper is printed and prepared for shipping within about 1–4 business days after you place your order.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 10–17 days after you place your order. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or because of carrier delays.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and starts at $13.49 for one roll.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment, which may involve an additional shipping charge.
