Made-to-Order Products

Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — no questions asked! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@studiogiftoria.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

We will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the situation.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as production begins quickly. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at contact@studiogiftoria.com.
